REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
You must be registered by midnight on
Sunday, May 24, 2015

Late registrations will NOT be accepted.
 
 
MILEAGE LOG SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Mileage logs must be turned in by Friday, September 11, 2015.
If your log is late, you will NOT receive credit for participation toward the Employee Wellness Program.

WHAT IS 100 MILES IN 100 DAYS?

A self-directed program designed to you in the habit of being active every day.

This program puts you in charge: you decide what time of day to walk and where to walk. You may also substitute running, biking, hiking, swimming and aerobics for walking. Count your miles for running and biking. Twenty minutes of other aerobic exercise equals one mile.


HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

Commit to walk at least one mile (approximately 20 minutes) each day. If you are new to physical activity, check with your doctor to make sure it is safe for you to begin walking as a regular daily activity.

Decide if you will walk as a single or as a team member.  Teams maybe 2 or up to 10 people.  Each team must have a captain who will turn in the team mileage at the end of the program, by September 11, 2015.
